Pricing Information

Our long-term rate is $2,000 per man-month. These amounts are subject to negotiation depending on the length of the job and number of engineers. We have a minimum job size of one man-month.

What you get in this price?

. Fully loaded programmers ( Computers, Internet connection etc.)
. Project Manager
. Overtime
. Communication Costs
. Office, equipment and administration.

Price Comparison

When comparing these rates with your internal costs you can usually multiply a salary by 200%. For example if you pay an engineer $5,000 gross per month then the true cost is about $10,000. When calculating total cost of employment you need to add the cost of employer contributions to pension funds and health insurance, other employee benefits, travel related costs, hardware and software costs, office space, telephone, redundancy, recruitment charges, training and conferences and management cost.

Remember that when you no longer need an engineer you can terminate the arrangement without any difficulty. Similarly, if you need to add an extra engineer there is no recruitment process.
